My heartfelt condolences to you all, losing a partner, mother or grandmother who was such a vibrant and central part of your family must be devastating. Janice was always so kind and welcoming to me, my early encounters with her were always a joyful and reassuring occasion. Not having family in the UK myself, it was comforting to have Janice's motherly energy to leave me feeling safe and looked after, but not only that, it was so much fun to be in her sphere. Having the privilege of joining a few "Roberts" family holidays was an incredible and generous treat for me, Janice could effortlessly put me at ease, she really did help me to feel part of a warm and welcoming family. Carl, Nick, Jo, Steve, Max, and Oscar, you are all in my thoughts daily and I deeply sorry for your loss. I'm so very sorry for all our loss.
